Medium yellow to light golden in color. On the nose, candied pineapple, mango, rice cakes, peach, saltine crackers, white flowers, balsa wood and dry stone. Medium to medium plus body, rich, unctuous, dry, medium acid but crisp, notes of unsalted popcorn, yellow apple, Asian pear, unripe pineapple, clementine skin, and chalk. Very slight tannic grip from oak, and the oak is forward but well integrated. Intensely long finish with green apple, white nectarine, and toasty oak, almond, and cinnamon. 93 points.
