Bon Ami Blanc de Blancs Brut NV

Medium yellow gold in color, medium bubbles. On the nose, slightly yeasty, chalky, lemon peel, yellow apple, a bit malolactic perhaps with a slight yogurt twinge, pear skin. On the palate, green and yellow apple, ripe yellow pear, lime, lemon zest, a bit of bread toward the back end and a slightly dry mineral kick on the finish, which is medium. Lacking complexity and concentration but solid acidity and fairly well balanced. 87 points.
