Light golden color with fairly active pinpoint bubbles. Nose is medium plus intensity with Honey Bunches Of Oats cereal, stewed yellow apple, apple compote, cinnamon, honey, orange blossom, pastry crust, macadamia nut, slightly chalky. Palate is medium to medium plus acidity, medium body, apple pie, a little marzipan, pastry dough, slightly saline, slightly underripe lemon and lemon peel, slight cereal notes. Medium finish. 91+ points.
