Roebuck Classic Cuvée English Sparkling Wine 2017

Light straw gold in color with tinges of pale pink. Medium fine bubbles. Nose is high intensity, sparkling white grape juice or apple juice, peanut butter, white cherry, slight slate, raw buttered pastry dough. Palate is rich, medium plus acidity, medium to medium plus body, white and yellow cherry, baked yellow apple, pear skin, yellow plum, lemon candy, a little minerality. Crisp and zippy, easy to enjoy. 90 points.
