Hacienda Solano Viñas Viejas 2020

Deep ruby purple with a very thin pink rim. Nose is fairly potent with ripe black and red plum, ripe blackberry, ripe black cherry, slight hints of canned black olive, orange pith, violets and slightly shriveled roses. Not super oak forward on the nose. Palate is medium plus body, medium acidity, medium tannins with fair amount of grip, slightly underripe black plum and black cherry, plum skin, tiny hints of spice notes at the back of the palate, medium fruity finish. 89 points.
