Medium gold in color with moderate bubbles. Nose is medium to medium plus intensity, brioche, cinnamon stick, baked pear, cold butter, jasmine tea, ripe yellow apple. Palate is ripe yellow apple and yellow pear, buttered toast, brioche, starfruit. Medium finish. 91 points.
