Deep amber gold in color. On the nose, honey, stewed apricot, bruised peach, hints of clove, dates, dried fig, perfume. On the palate, very rich and huge body, medium acidity, palate confirms the nose. Marzipan and raw almond, walnuts, orange marmalade. Very long finish with lingering stone fruits, walnuts, and mild spice notes. 93 points.
