Medium yellow in color with silver hues. Fairly active mousse and fine bubbles. Nose is medium intensity with brioche, parmesan rind, almond extract or marzipan, hints of fennel, baked yellow pear, loquat fruit. Palate is medium plus acidity, medium body, mousse is fairly active in the mouth and creamy, marzipan is really prominent, with baked brioche, loquat fruit, baked pear, hints again of fennel, sour clementine. Medium to medium plus citrusy finish. 91 points.
