Julia Bernet Corpinnat Brut Nature 2019

Light golden in color with very active medium fine bubbles. On the nose, bruised yellow apple, bread, slight hint of blue cheese. On the palate, active mousse, medium acidity, again that unusual blue cheese note, then yellow apple, yellow pear, slight hints of bitter almond. Medium finish, slightly bitter. A bit off balance and odd flavor profile. Not my jam. 86 points.
