Nose is medium intensity with fresh and crystallized ginger, chamomile tea, raw yellow apple, hops flowers, slightly dusty and dry stone, lemon pith. Palate is medium body, medium to medium plus acidity, slightly off dry, juicy yellow apple, ginger, chrysanthemum, hops flowers, slight minerality particularly on the finish. Medium finish. 87 points.
