Louis Roederer Brut Nature Champagne (Philippe Starck) 2015

Very pale straw yellow in color. Nose is medium plus intensity with brioche, white bread crust, marzipan, ripe lemon skin, chalk dust, raw hazelnut, jasmine, yellow apple, ripe yellow pear, hints of peach skin and sour cherry. Palate is medium plus acid, moderately active mousse, ripe lemon, chalk, baguette, ripe yellow apple and pear, hints of raw almond and hazelnut, mandarin, slightly floral. Finish is medium to medium plus. 91-92+ points.
