Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut Champagne NV

Medium yellow gold in color with pinpoint bubbles. Nose is medium intensity with light green apple, brioche, limestone, lime zest, lemon curd, slightly smoky, lightly floral. Not especially expressive or complex but the champagne hallmarks are there. Palate is medium acidity, medium body, mousse is present but light, yellow apple, baked pear, creme brulee, hints of toast, Meyer lemon, lime skin, slightly chalky finish. Medium to medium plus finish. 90+ points.
