Roagna Barbaresco Albesani 2018

Medium pale orange garnet. Medium intensity nose with bright red cherry, baked clay pot, green olive, eucalyptus, dried roses, slightly uric. Nice concentration, speck, bright red and yellow cherry, slightly smoky, green olive, calamine, rose. Medium plus to high acidity, medium body, definitely grippy but not extreme as some Nebbiolos. Medium plus to long finish, peach pit, green olive pit coming through. 90 points.
