Deep ruby with a darker ruby core. Medium plus to high intensity nose. Very perfumy. Violets. Stewed plum, black cherry, blackberry, black licorice, hints of leather, hints of sweet tobacco and cedar, milk and dark chocolate, slightly dark earth. Very nice concentration, medium body, medium plus acidity, somewhat rustic but elegant mouthfeel, deep black cherry and plum fruit, hints of carraway, dark chocolate, dark soil. Super long finish. 94 points.
