Medium yellow gold with a wide clear rim. On the nose, smarties candy, acorns, slight barnyard, orange peel, hazelnuts, white peppercorns, fresh green peas, lemon zest, dry popcorn. On the palate, medium plus acidity, medium body, lemon zest, green apple, caraway, clementine skin, white flowers. Medium plus herbal and citrus finish. Quite complex, highly intriguing, somewhat rich but super racy acidity. 91 points.
