Louis Roederer Rosé Brut Champagne Vintage 2016

Bright clear pink in color with salmon/peach hues. Very powerful nose, with a bit of barnyard funk, strawberry, peach candy, lime cordial, grapefruit soda, and limestone. On the palate, crisp medium plus acidity, medium minus body, very creamy bubbles, strawberry and rhubarb, lime cordial, lemon juice, hints of bread dough, with a medium plus finish. Wishing for a bit more autolytic notes but overall a very nice champagne, very bright and complex. 93 points
