Mendoza Vineyards MV Gran Reserva Malbec 2021

Deep ruby with purple hues and slightly pink at the rim. Nose is medium intensity with blueberry, blackberry, black currants, milk chocolate, black plum, hints of baking spice. Palate is medium body, medium acidity, tannins are fine and well integrated, with blackberry, blueberry compote, milk chocolate, black plum. The wine is fairly harmonious after a 3-4 hour decant. Missing a bit of acidity and complexity but a lovely expression. 89+ points.
