Jacquesson Cuvée No. 741 Extra Brut Champagne NV

Medium gold in color with moderate plus bubbles. Nose is medium with bread crust, creme brulee, egg tart, lemon curd, something slightly umami I can't put my finger on (dashi?) and slightly stony. Palate is opulent, medium to medium plus acidity, medium to medium plus body with moderate mousse in the mouth, lemon curd, eggy custard, lemon skin, lime, sour orange, French toasty. Medium plus mineral and citrus finish. 92 points.
