Pale slightly straw yellow in color with a watery rim. Nose is medium intensity with oak, yellow plum, clove, white pepper, ripe yellow apple, slight struck match, raw pie crust, slight vanilla. Palate is medium to medium plus acidity, medium to medium plus body, yellow apple, Meyer lemon, lemon pith, oak is there but well integrated, hints of cinnamon and baking spice, vanilla, raw pie crust, hints of raw white onion or leek, yellow plum. Medium plus to long finish. 92-92+ points.
