"Ruby purple and translucent. On the nose, cherry cough syrup, clover honey, raspberry syrup, heart of palm, rose, slight pencil shavings. On the palate, medium minus acidity and body, light smooth tannins, light raspberry, strawberry, and red cherry. Slight oak. Wanting for a bit more acidity and more concentration of fruit and complexity. A bit hollow on the mid-palate and pretty short finish. Not unpleasant but not giving much. 86+ points.
