Dom Pérignon Brut Champagne 2012

Bright but slightly cloudy straw gold color and tight mousse. On the nose, yeasty rolls, lemon skin, chalk. On the palate, medium plus body and bright lemony acidity, lime zest, toast, and a medium-long finish with chalky minerality. A well balanced and fresh champagne, still quite focused and bright. 93 points.
