Medium yellow with golden hues moderate fine bubbles. Nose is medium plus intensity with challah bread, lemon curd, eggy French toast, dry stone, vanilla creme brulee. Palate is medium plus acidity, medium body, lemon curd, creme brulee, fresh orange peel, lemon peel, touch of mango, dry stone and chalk, raw hazelnut. Finish is medium plus to long. 92 points.
