Tott’s Premium Cuvée Extra Dry California Champagne NV

Light golden straw in color with medium bubbles. On the nose, lemon candy, peanut butter crackers, faint traces of yellow apple. On the palate, yellow apple, yellow pear, fairly frothy mousse, medium body, medium acidity, a bit of lemon on the back end. Not complex. Medium finish with slight heat and bitterness. 84 points.
