Domaine Borgeot Bouzéron 'Les Tournelles' 2021

Pale yellow in color. Nose is medium plus intensity with canned lima beans, lemon peel, canned green beans, hints of smoke, white flowers. Fairly closed. Palate is medium plus acidity, anchovy or sardine, stemmy, stuffed grape leaves, some underripe lemon. One of the stranger tasting wines I've ever had. Not a fan although the acidity is good. 85 points.
