Pale slightly rose gold in color with fine bubbles. Nose is marzipan, brioche dough, almond liquor, lemon peel, clementine peel, fennel. Palate is lively mousse, caraway and rye bread, Meyer lemon, chalky, clementine, black cherry soda. Medium plus finish. 92 points.
