Opaline Pinot Noir Brut Rosé NV

Pale slightly salmon pink in color, very fine pinpoint bubbles. Nose is medium intensity with bubble gum, dry stone, green olive, calamine lotion, unripe red cherry, barnyard. Palate is somewhat savory, green olive, herbs, bubble gum, slight red cherry and tangerine, mildly mineral. Very odd flavor profile and just not balanced for me. 83 points.
