Light yellow straw in color with slight green and silver flecks consistent to the rim. Nose is medium plus intensity with bright lime and lime zest, fresh lilies, jasmine, honeysuckle, slight cheese rind, hot wet stone, slight manure. Palate is medium plus to high acidity, medium body, dry, bright lime and lemon, lime zest, slight cereal notes like plain Cheerios, sight parmesan cheese rind, a bit of white flowers, a bit of clay and stone. Pretty well balanced and alcohol is integrated. Medium finish. 91 points.
