Ridge Vineyards Three Valleys 2022

Deep ruby purple in color with pale ruby pink rim. Nose is medium intensity with ripe blackberry, black cherry, anise, coffee grounds, black plum skin, black raspberry, and hints of black pepper and baking spice. Palate is medium plus acidity, medium body, moderate tannins, blackberry reduction, black and red plum, black licorice, bramble, thyme and lavender, espresso and mocha, cinnamon and nutmeg, slightly peppery, medium finish. 90+ points.
