Fairly deep ruby pink in color with active mousse and fine persistent bubbles. Nose is medium plus to high intensity with perfume / potpourri notes, strawberry, rye bread, lime curd, clementine, caraway seed, maraschino cherry. Palate is medium to medium plus acidity with maraschino cherry, strawberry, lime zest, rye bread, a stony backbone. Medium plus finish. 91+ to 92 points.
